I grew up in Stecoah, NC and have lived in Asheville for 18 years. When I'm not doing hair, I love reading, writing, traveling, cooking new dishes, and playing with my four dogs.

what makes your hair brain sing?  I love creating low-maintenance, natural-looking color.

go-to davines product: I love the entire Melu line---it’s so lightweight and gentle!

what you love about ananda: i love the creative energy at ananda. I appreciate having coworkers with different styles and personalities. My favorite part of my job is when someone sits in my chair with an idea and says, “I want to do something new.”

fun fact about me: i am currently learning Norwegian and Swedish!
