**We can only give quotes on these services after an in-salon consultation with a stylist. Consultations are complimentary and can almost always be booked same day.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Cash. We do not accept personal checks.
We recommend that you make all appointments in advance to ensure that you get the time, stylist and service that you are requesting.
Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. If you are running late, we will do everything we can to accommodate you. If you are excessively late, please keep in mind that we may have to reschedule your appointment.
we require a $25 deposit on any new client color service in order to book your appointment. the deposit is applied to your total at checkout.
last minute cancellations hurt our team. we are rarely able to fill a spot we have reserved for you with less than 24 hours notice and therefore take a business loss.
our cancellation fee is $25 dollars. in the event of a last minute cancellation or missed appointment, the deposit given on a first time color service will be used towards the cancellation fee or the fee will be charged to your client account.
We want you to be happy and we want you to love your hair. If you are unhappy with your service, we want the opportunity to make it right. We ask that you call us within 14 days for any changes you may require. We do not offer refunds on services.
It’s important to us that you have the appropriate hair care products to complete your style at home. We offer a product exchange on all products. If a product does not meet your needs you are welcome to exchange it for any of our other products.
Gratuities are not included in services provided or gift certificate purchases unless specified. Gratuities are always appreciated and we thank you for your generosity and thoughtfulness.
