i am originally from the Appalachian region and recently moved back from Denver! I have been doing hair for 18 years and my favorite part about it is connecting with people. I love to hear stories, ask questions and spend time with my clients. Of course if you prefer to spend your salon-time relaxing, silent appointments are equally as rewarding!

When I am not in the salon I am usually hiking, running, biking, hanging out with my friends and my dog, tending to my house plants or just taking it easy in general. 

What make your hair brain sing?: I love love looovve when a client comes to me with an initial idea for their hair, maybe some inspo pics, and then allows me to come up with the gameplan to make the vision come alive for them. As a stylist, I love to see the vision and fine tune it specifically for each client specific to their lifestyle, maintenance routine, natural pigmentation, and many other factors. This is what makes each hair session unique and keeps my creative mind active!

what you love about ananda: I love that everyone I have met so far has been super kind and authentic. You can tell everyone is very mindful of each other in sharing the workspace, and everyone works together in a respectful, symbiotic way.

fun fact about me: I am a registered yoga instructor, reiki master, and have a degree in psychology. I love all things having to do with the mind, the art of relaxation, and healing. If you really want me to nerd out, bring up any of these topics!
