I am an Asheville transplant from Baton Rouge, LA.  I have wanted to live somewhere with mountains and 4 seasons my entire life and finally made it!  In my spare time I love hiking, fiddling with my guitar/singing, painting/crafting and hanging with my lil family.

What makes your hair brain sing? I love to give someone a haircut that makes them love their hair naturally.  I love to have someone’s hair work for them and cutting to enhance their natural texture.  I am a very detail oriented, meticulous stylist, so most of my haircuts are 1.5-2 hours long.  For very dense and/or long hair my cuts are usually 2hrs - occasionally longer for drying time.  Last but not least I love to give haircuts that are gender affirming and just make people feel comfortable in their own skin.

what do you love about ananda: I love the fact that ananda is a green circle salon that cares about our impact on the environment.  I also love that we are a salon that believes stylists should be treated like professionals and pay us a living wage.
